Download the Laptop Agreement Form

When deploying new computers to users please have them fill out and sign a copy of the "Laptop Agreement Form" and return the form to Walker 268 upon completion. This is an important form for asset record-keeping.

Right click this file: LaptopAgreementForm.docx, select "Save link as ..." and save it to your desktop, or wherever you want in order to print it out. Forms are also available in Walker 268.
