The Sociology department has teamed up with Academic Technologies. The department's work on survey development, data analysis, and report writing provides students with hands-on job training, exposures them to cutting edge software including Qualtrics and SPSS and helps the university in making fiscally responsible decisions a time when we need data to make informed choices about the future. By collaborating with experienced applied survey researchers, such as Dr. Mekolichick, and working training our next generation of survey researchers we are providing students with the tools they need to compete in the job market in the ever-growing area of assessment and research.
