Four Brown Bag sessions this fall will give faculty and staff an opportunity to discuss various perspectives of international experiences at Radford University.

 

 

At 12 noon Wednesdays - Virginia Room, Heth Hall.

 

September 10 Faculty Who Have Been Abroad

Two faculty members discuss their experiences in educational programs, one in Europe and one in South America.

 

October 8 Students Who Have Been Abroad

Students who have participated in programs abroad will share their insights on the educational values of such an experience.

 

October 22 Faculty From Abroad

Faculty from another culture discuss the advantages and disadvantages such a background gives them in teaching RU students.

 

November 5 Students From Abroad

International students describe the difficulties of adjusting to a different educational system and the advantages of studying in a different culture.
