Athletic Training Education
 Has Achieved Candidacy Status
through the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Athletic Training (JRC-AT). The program is currently in its first year of candidacy and plans to achieve full accreditation within 3 years. 
Educational Opportunities
include rotations at rehabilitation clinics, local physician's offices and with Division I athletic teams at Radford University.
Small Class Sizes
Most major courses will have no more than 18 students per semester. 
Clinical Instruction 
offers one-on-one educational opportunities with certified athletic trainers and other health care providers having decades of experience.
