The purpose of the Radford University Faculty Club is to provide a social environment for the faculty, professional and administrative members of the university community.

Promote communications and interaction among members of the acedemic community.
Encourage exchange of ideas, philosophies and topics of interest that may benefit life in the university community
Assist new faculty members in their introduction to university life
