We discussed hw08-soln.html questions, including having two people at board work through the "mystery" code, desk-checking what the values of the variables were.

We ended by quickly writing contains as a one-line wrapper to countOccurrences, but noted that while correct, there is a silliness issue that in extreme cases might affect performance: it searches the entire string even after a match is found.
