United States Institute for Theatre Technology, Inc. is the association of design, production, and technology professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. This volunteer based organization works to improve safety, technology, and training in all technical theatre fields. They publish the quarterly journal TD&T (formerly Theatre Design & Technology) as well as other theatrical publications such as the Monograph series. USITT is the United States branch of the International Organisation of Scenographers, Theatre Architects and Technicians (OISTAT)
