Operation Smile
NSSLHA’s
student chapter goes hand in hand with the Operation Smile student
chapter here at
Radford
University
. Operation Smile is a non-profit organization
that funds cleft-lip and palate surgeries for children in developing
countries. For more information

Our
NSSLHA chapter holds several events and fundraisers to help raise money
for the cleft-lip and palate surgeries.
In the past two years we have raised over $2500!
This year, we are hosting the 5K Run/Walk again at Bisset Park in Radford. It will be held Saturday, March 29th. Registration begins at 9am and the race starts at 10am! Registration is $15 and includes a free t-shirt! We will medals for the winners, and there will also be a DJ there for entertainment and fun after the run!
